Shredders

How to choose a shredder:
Strip-cut shredders shred documents into narrow, unreadable strips. These machines are low maintenance, offer high capacity and security in document disposal.

Cross-cut shredders offer greater security shredding documents into tiny particles, making them impossible to reassemble.  Cross-cut particles self-compact, allowing the waste bag to hold a larger volume of paper.

Reminder:  Shredder usage will increase with time.  Factor in this “growth” when
      selecting a shredder.

Personal - Placed next to the desk. A convenient shredding solution. Ideal for home offices

Midsize – place next to a copier for secure disposal of those “mistake” copies.   Units are on casters so they can be easily moved to another location.   Ideal for small offices.

Centralized -  Placed in an office setting of 5+ workstations, a centralized shredder can easily handle continuous forms, data printouts, spreadsheets, CD’s and entire file folders.

High Capacity - offers an entire floor or facility secure shredding.  Handles entire contents from a wastebasket, bound ledgers, ring binders, stacks of printouts, and storage media such as tapes and CD’s.   Balers are also available with some high capacity units.

High Security – approved for top-secret level government use, including the Department of Defense and GSA.
